One Tenant was quoted as saying “The house is French Lessons definitely a lot warmer,”
say’s Robert Kerr, who lives in one of the first flats to have The Energy Minder installed. “My bills have come down as well, which is very welcome. I think it is a good idea to use modern inventions like this to extend the life of a boiler, rather than ripping it out and replacing it with a new one.”

With the help of a Wider Role grant, The Energy Minders have been installed
in over 3,000 homes so far, with M-Tech supplying the units, carrying out a monitoring project to gauge their efficiency. Results so far indicate that
house holders can expect up-to a 30% reduction in their energy use.
